Such a system must also be integrated into and reflective of the culture of the organization. Having been in EHSE leadership roles, Audrey knows what it means to develop, implement and maintain a management system. She has achieved performance improvement by effective performance reporting, engaging management, collaborating with key stakeholders, auditing and developing people.

She has worked as a regulator and for industry prior to consulting.
